Steve brings three decades of industry experience to lead the CPG Solutions organization. Prior to joining Symphony RetailAI’s CPG Solutions, he was CEO for Americas for Trax Image Recognition, the world’s leading image recognition and artificial intelligence company for CPG and retailers.
Prior to Trax, he served as EVP Sales and Marketing for Flir/NOMi (formerly Brickstream Corporation), a vertically integrated software enabled sensor and analytic SAAS software company focused on delivering customer behavior insights to bricks and mortar companies. Before that he led global commerce initiatives for Clarus, SQL Financials, Oracle and PWC.
Adeel Najmi leads product strategy and product development for CPG Solutions. With over 25 years’ experience building advanced enterprise solutions, Adeel was most recently Senior Vice President, Products at One Network Enterprises. Prior to that he was Chief Science Officer at JDA Software.
As a pioneer in supply chain management, Adeel has guided successful digital transformations at over 25 Fortune 500 companies and secured over a dozen patents. Adeel was named as a Supply Demand Chain Executive’s “Pros to Know” in 2009, 2010 and 2015. He holds a doctorate in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley.
As a leader in applied data science, Rahul is the lead architect managing the implementation of Symphony RetailAI CPG Solutions’ business applications. He leads a team building breakthrough solutions using advanced analytics based on state-of-the-art predictive analytics tools, technologies and methodologies.
Rahul first joined the Symphony Technology Group in 2002, holding various roles with Symphony Services and Symphony Marketing Solutions. He has also held leadership positions with IRI and Genpact, working extensively with CPG manufacturers on pricing, promotion, marketing mix and retail execution. Most recently, Bhattacharya spent seven years at Accenture, first as Senior Manager of Analytics and then as Managing Director. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
Prior to the formation of Symphony RetailAI, Dr. Pallab Chatterjee was Managing Director and Operating Partner of Symphony Technology Group, Chairman of Symphony Retail Solutions and CEO of Symphony EYC. Previously Pallab was CEO of i2 Technologies, Inc.
where he earlier held the role of President of Solutions Operations. Before joining i2, he spent 24 years at Texas Instruments in various executive management positions. He also serves on the board of directors for SSC, Teleca and MSC Software. Pallab received his bachelor’s degree from IIT-Kharagpur, India and a Master’s and Doctorate degree in electrical engineering from University of Illinois.
